Team Maxbat Summer Showcase/Tryouts

The 2011 Team Maxbat National Teams were a huge success.  This year Team Maxbat will be adding a 14 year old team to its current team structure.  Tryouts for this and the other 16 and 18 year old teams will be held during the Team Maxbat College Showcase Tour.  Players will be ran through a Pro-style tryout including evaluations.  College coaches will be invited to these events to evaluate on thier own.  College coaches also run the tryout. 

 

Players will be placed on a team if selected that is made up of players from other states.   This enhances the chances of Southern College coaches being willing to attend games of teams made up of multiple states rather than just one state.  In a round-a-bout way it enhances a college coaches recruiting base just by attending one game.

2011 Winter Camp Was a Big Success

This year camp was held in Port Charlotte Florida.  Players from around the nation were in attendence.  College coaches from all parts of the United States worked with players for 5 days from dawn till dusk training them to play the game at the next level.  Information on next years camp is below and on the link above.  If you feel college baseball is in your future we hope to see you next year.

4 days of baseball instruction for high school players that includes:

(Dec. 27-31, 2012 - Player Check-In is Noon to 1pm on Dec. 27th at Charlotte Sports Park)

• 8+ daily hours of hitting, pitching & fielding taught by some of the best instuctors in the country.
• 1:6 instructor to player ratio
• Speed & strength conditioning workouts to take their game to the next level
• 3x/day in the batting cages
• Mini-Scrimmages on professional grade fields
• Their own locker and laundry service.
• 3 full meals per day provided
• College recruiting support, including an online bio and skills video baseball gear, and an online recruiting profile with video included
